New paintings: July 24, 2009
July 24th, 2009 | 6 Comments
This pair of new paintings, produced over the past week, are the first pieces in a larger series I’m looking to carry out over the next few weeks.

As this series evolves, I’m finding exciting new opportunities for exploring color combinations and layers of color in my modern paintings. The potential is tremendous.
Thank you for stopping by,

Ooooh! I like them both but especially the 2nd one. It makes me think of 70s sci-fi films, black holes, space age corridors.
Hilarious! Thanks for picking up what I’m putting down, Aimee. I’m very much in the futuristic 70s mindset, punctuated by lots of floating geometry! (Same as ever, I guess, just feels a bit different.)
I really like these. I have been working on a sculpture design that is somewhat similar. Once I get it all ready, I’ll put it on my blog for all to see.
Good Job!
Dude, these are super-fantastic!
I really really really like the blue one, It feels very interactive, makes me want to jump through that worm hole and see where it takes me. So cool! Look forward to seeing you soon, definitely overdue…
Das ist RAD!
Thanks to you all, Sir Oliver, Jem and Romaz, for your gracious encouragement. Jem … looking forward to seeing your sculpture.
